What counts as an upset

On this page an upset is a win by a team that was an underdog of 3.5 points or more in the pre-game point spread. The number next to each game is the winner's line: +6.5 means the team was expected to lose by about a touchdown. A game with no posted line is not counted, whoever won.

3.5 is the line Pick 6 scores on. A win is worth 1 point, a win as an underdog of 3.5 or more is worth 2, and a loss as a favorite of 3.5 or more costs 1. That makes each game on this page a three-point swing between the two teams' owners. The full rules have the rest.

Final scores come from ESPN, and the line is the one stored before kickoff. New here? Pick 6 is college fantasy football where you draft teams, not players: here is how to play.
